POSTERS

The poster collection is one of the strong points of the Museum's collections. The key part of this collection is made up of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies deposit. Other donations or deposits are provided by the ICRC and various National Societies. At present, the Museum’s collection is made up of around 16,000 posters, with their geographical coverage as impressive as their historical span: the first posters are dated from the end of the 19th century, with the most recent from this year.
